In this 75-minute audio yoga class we focus on strengthening the abductors and opening the hips in a variety of squat variations and balancing poses. We discuss cultivating inner solitude amidst chaos and work up to and into Bhujapidasana or arm pressure pose. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (Level 2-3 class).
